What Quotebyte is

Quotebyte is a quote-drafting and productivity tool. It helps turn rough job notes into a draft quote structure that can be reviewed, edited and exported.

It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, pricing, financial, compliance or business advice.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking all quotes, pricing, GST, terms, exclusions, scope, measurements, suitability and customer-facing content before sending anything to a customer.

Product use

QuoteByte features may change, be removed, or be replaced as the product develops.

The current local-first/browser storage may be lost if you clear browser data, change devices or browsers, or use private browsing.

Backup tools

You are responsible for exporting or backing up records where tools are available. Use JSON export/import and customer CSV import/export to keep copies of your data.

Paid access

Paid access may be handled through a third-party provider. Specific subscription, cancellation and refund terms will be shown at purchase or account setup.

Liability

QuoteByte is provided as-is. We try to keep the site working, but we are not responsible for losses from using the product or from relying on its results.
